Once received, we will start working on your order. When your jewelry is ready to ship, we will send you tracking information in an email. If your order consists of out-of-stock, backordered and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. We will notify you if this is the case.

TAXES Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

SHIPPING We offer flat rate  First Class 3-5 Business days shipping within the United States ONLY. 

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES We do not accept returns. However, we offer replacements or store credit should your items arrive damaged. Take a photo and email us at should this happen.
